I’m a dedicated online tutor with 10 years of experience in education, committed to putting each student’s individual needs, goals, and confidence at the heart of every session. With a BA (Hons) in English Literature with Film, a PGCE in Secondary Education, an MA in Film and Global TV and 8 years exam board marking experience, I combine strong subject expertise with proven teaching practice.
I have successfully tutored both privately and for established companies, supporting students to achieve excellent academic progress and develop a genuine love of learning.

My approach to tutoring is student-centred, structured, and responsive. In 1:1 sessions, I tailor each lesson to the individual’s strengths, gaps, and goals, creating personalised learning plans that provide clarity and measurable progress.
In group sessions, I foster collaboration and discussion while ensuring every student feels supported and challenged. I remain flexible throughout, adapting the focus of lessons as needs evolve-whether that means revisiting core skills, building exam confidence, or extending high-achieving students further.
